I find Jodhpur with astounding potential, says Anil Panwar, an Independent Assembly Election Candidate from Jodhpur City

Anil Panwar- A young entrepreneur from Jodhpur, who has made quite a name for his company 'Rajan Amplifiers' in the field of events, is counted amongst the top light & sound vendors in Rajasthan. Born in a humble middle class Indian family, his persona is a reflection of his simple upbringing, as he dedicates his success solely to the blessings of his parents. It is his grounded background & love from all sections of the society, he surfaced a desire to fight this year's assembly elections in Jodhpur; thereby giving it back to the city & its people who never faded from his vision.

 

Having been raised in Jodhpur, Anil's work hasn't only built his financial and social standing but has also made him a very popular name amongst the youth.

His decision to contest independently from the Jodhpur City in the forthcoming Rajasthan Assembly Elections, shows his strong intentions to not go by any political party and to do some genuinely good work at the grass- root level for the youth of Jodhpur. All by himself!

 

In his words, "Despite both the key Indian political parties have been alternatively into governance in Rajasthan from last 20 years, Jodhpur stands still when it comes to development. The local MLA's talk of issues raising a concern at the country's level while they are just representing an assembly. They create a divide between the people on the basis of religion & caste & eventually after winning, never turn back to their assembly. I want to change this. I am focused only towards the betterment of my city at large as that’s what I am meant to do if I am chosen by the people. I want to raise the local issues at the grass-root level. My election symbol Mike, not only reflects my professional identity but it also represents the voice of the people that I am going to take to the government."    

   

With a fresh whirl of ideas and intentions, Anil is a man of purpose, who will not let anything or anyone affect his vision to build a 'Better Jodhpur'. He is completely focused  towards the delivery of fundamental facilities to the residents of Jodhpur & seek to introduce new-age measures to drastically improvise on the existing infrastructure & govt. services. 

It is refreshing to see someone adopting simplicity as the way of life, connecting with the people on one-to-one basis, yet keeping a modern vision to transform his city into a 'World Class Destination'

In conversation with 'The Feature TV', Anil Panwar, the independent candidate from Jodhpur raised some of the persisting issues of his assembly & crystallized his take on it:   

Key Issue:Electricity wire mesh across all the residential and commercial areas of the old city prove to be fatal for the residents.

Anil Panwar: To ensure the security, underground electrical cabling is one of my priorities.

Key Issue:Unhygienic and irregular water supply in most of the areas.

Anil Panwar: To ensure proper filtration & supply of potable water!

Key Issue:Due to rains, most of the roads are damaged and full of puddles, causing immense discomfort for the people to drive smoothly and safely. This has also resulted in various mishaps and accidents on roads.

Anil Panwar: Making the roads that are solid and sturdy is one of the many priorities. A major step towards reducing accidents that take place on Jodhpur roads!

 

 

Key Issue: A lot of stray cows and animals on roads is a major concern these days. This situation leads to various accidents and traffic jams. Also, such animals are not adopted by people as pets; therefore are left on the road to die due to malnutrition.

Anil Panwar:To provide an animal- home for all stray animals in Jodhpur City!

Key Issue: Frequent incidents of chain- snatching & theft in the city have sprouted fear and insecurity amongst the residents of Jodhpur.

Anil Panwar: Advocating the deployment of home- guards to the major commercial and residential colonies of the city.

Key Issue: There were days when the step- wells of Jodhpur were solely responsible for providing fresh drinking water to the people of the city! Today they all are on the verge of break-down due to lack of maintenance.

Anil Panwar: To re-store these step- wells back into their original state by proper and regular maintenance keeping in loop the local Municipal Corporation, Archeological department, UNESCO & other environmental authorities.

 

  

Key Issue:During rains, we all witness the intensity and volume of rain- water on the roads, and it’s no hidden fact that the entire city is water clogged! Such situations take place every monsoons and results in heavy traffic jams and fatal accidents on the roads!

Anil Panwar: Provision of systematic water evacuation through better sewerage facility to relieve the people from this huge problem!

Key Issue: The condition of abandoned old monuments and houses in Jodhpur city is so diverse that they can collapse anytime and result into casualties.

Anil Panwar:Prioritizing the regular maintenance of such buildings and taking appropriate action for the same.

Key Issue: As much are studies important for the natural growth of the children, the sports are a vital constituent too! In the absence of playgrounds, the children are forced to play on the roads. This situation is likely to invite many accidents to happen!

Anil Panwar: Arranging appropriate playgrounds for the children according to the areas!

Key Issue:Despite of the fact that Jodhpur is widely recognized as a prominent 'Tourist Destination' on the world map, reckoned for its cultural and historical heritage, the Government is still practicing age-old methods for promoting tourism in the city.

Anil Panwar: Organizing creative events for the next generation in coherence with the global standards to boost this major livelihood lifeline of Jodhpur.

 

 

Looking at his run & devotion to address the real domestic issues, it won't be surprising if Jodhpur echoes to the sound of "Anil Apna Hai"
